For more than 60 years, the UCLA Labor Center has advanced worker justice in Los Angeles and beyond. Our school-to-movement pathways provide fellowships, engaging curricula, hands-on research, and community-centered courses to equip young leaders with the tools to become the next generation of policy shapers, organizers, researchers, and advocates who continue the legacy of worker power and economic, racial, and immigrant justice.

We invite you to be a founding member and be part of a transformational effort to raise $1 million in 2026 to secure permanent funding for our Emerging Leaders program to expand and sustain our school-to-movement pathways.
