The faculty and staff of UCLA Dermatology strive to achieve excellence in patient care, education, and research. The Division’s goals are to:
  • Provide outstanding individualized diagnosis and treatment of skin disease;
  • Educate the next generation of physicians and scientists to become leaders in medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatologic, dermatologic surgery, dermatopathology, and investigative dermatology; and
  • Develop new and better strategies to diagnose and treat skin disease through innovative research.

This Fund was established to support the next generation of dermatologists by enhancing resident and fellow education, and providing the most up-to-date training of young physicians.

Dermatology Clinical Initiatives Fund: (62540O)
This Fund underwrites clinical and patient-directed programs in the Division of Dermatology.

Dermatology Discovery Fund: (62541O)
The UCLA Division of Dermatology is committed to advancing clinical care by engaging in high quality clinical research. This Fund helps to enhance the Division’s such programs.
