Operation Mend at UCLA – Healing the Wounds of War

Donors, like you, help UCLA provide medical care, housing, transportation, and social services to wounded warriors and their loved ones. Thank you for your support and advocacy of Operation Mend!

Operation Mend Care Fund - Provides unrestricted support with financial flexibility, allowing Operation Mend patients and physicians to take advantage of ground and air travel to and from UCLA, room and board at UCLA Tiverton House, the off-set of unreimbursed physician and surgical fees (for patient file evaluations, consultations, and procedures), communication tools such as Visiontree (an online patient tool), and other opportunities as they arise.

Please fill out this form and submit it electronically. If you would prefer to send your donation by mail, print and complete this page and submit it along with your payment.

Make check payable to The UCLA Foundation.
