The University of California Haiti Initiative (UCHI)

The University of California Haiti Initiative (UCHI) is a global partnership for higher education that connects students, faculty, administrators and alumni from all ten University of California campuses with the State University of Haiti. Our primary goal is to support development in Haiti through educational advancements in research and public service partnerships. Our projects and programs are facilitated by the undergraduate and graduate student leaders of our UC campus chapters, coordinated by faculty and alumni and guided by some of the best minds in global development and higher education.

Our work is made possible through the active support of all ten UC Chancellors, the UC Office of the President, over twenty-five affiliated faculty, and the financial support of generous donors like you. Your financial support enables UCHI to expand programs, nurture innovation, and bring critical resources to our partners in Haiti.
